BACKEND USER EXPERIENCE : In "General" : Dropdown menus disappear behind "Default Time Zone"

Both the Default Font and Home Screen dropdown menus go behind the cell for the Default Time Zone.

The attached screenshot shows just the Home Screen dropdown menu going behind the cell for the Default Time Zone, but the same happens for the Default Font dropdown menu.
